Second concert of the season of the Ibiza City Symphony Orchestra

On July 21, at 7:00 pm, the auditorium of Cas Serres hosts the second concert of the 2019 season of the Ibiza City Symphony Orchestra. On this occasion, the Orchestra will perform the opening of the opera ‘Don Giovanni’ and the nocturnal serenade in D major K239 by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, as well as the symphony number 7 in A major opus 92 by Ludwig van Beethoven.
Those interested can purchase tickets on the Ibiza City website (www.eivissa.es), at the price of 10 euros. We remind you that admission is free for all music students with accreditation (music school card, conservatory).
The Orchestra will be conducted by the young Mallorcan director Bernat Quetglas (1993) who, at only 26 years of age, is already the principal conductor of the Chamber Orchestra of Mallorca; he has been the assistant director of Plácido Domingo in the production of Verdi’s Requiem by the Vereum Orchestra, and at the age of 22 he obtained the Higher Music Degree in Direction of the Royal Conservatory of Music of Madrid.
